§ 1 Seller, operator and Paddle’s role
(1) CamperProof is operated by Daniels Digital Solutions UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Lindenweg 27, 67346 Speyer, Germany, represented by Managing Director Marcel Daniels (“we”). We provide the software.
(2) The paid purchase of CamperProof Premium (annual subscription or one-time Lifetime access) is handled by our reseller and payment provider Paddle.com Market Ltd (Judd House, 18–29 Mora Street, London EC1V 8BT, United Kingdom; “Paddle”) as the Merchant of Record. For the payment, Paddle is therefore your contracting party, issues the invoice and remits VAT.
(3) This withdrawal and refund policy applies to consumers within the meaning of § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) — any natural person entering into the purchase for purposes predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.
§ 2 Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded (completion of the purchase).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us or Paddle of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You can reach us at cp@daniels-digital-solutions.biz; Paddle can be reached via paddle.net (buyer support). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
§ 3 Model withdrawal form
(If you want to withdraw from the contract, please fill in this form and send it back.)
To: Daniels Digital Solutions UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Lindenweg 27, 67346 Speyer, Germany, email: cp@daniels-digital-solutions.biz

— Ordered on (*): ____________
— Name of consumer(s): ____________
— Address of consumer(s): ____________
— Date: ____________
— (signature of consumer(s) only if this form is notified on paper)
(*) Delete as appropriate.
§ 4 Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
CamperProof Premium is a digital service provided to you immediately after purchase. Your right of withdrawal expires early if, at purchase, you expressly consent to us beginning performance of the contract before the withdrawal period ends and at the same time acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins (§ 356(4) BGB). We or Paddle obtain this consent and acknowledgement during the order process.
If you withdraw after performance has begun at your express request but before the right of withdrawal has fully expired (in particular for a running annual subscription), you must pay us a reasonable amount for the service already provided up to the withdrawal, calculated pro rata against the agreed total price (§ 357 BGB).
§ 5 Consequences of withdrawal and refunds
If you effectively withdraw from this contract, we or Paddle will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal — where applicable less the reasonable amount under § 4 for a service already used.
The refund is made via Paddle to the same means of payment you used for the original purchase; you will not be charged any fees for this refund.
§ 6 Cancelling the subscription (separate from withdrawal)
(1) You can cancel the annual subscription at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period — via the management link in your CamperProof settings or in Paddle’s confirmation email. After cancellation your Premium access remains until the end of the period already paid for; nothing is charged again afterwards.
(2) Cancellation is not a withdrawal: outside the right of withdrawal under § 2, periods already paid for but no longer used are not refunded pro rata.
(3) Lifetime access is a one-time payment with no recurring charge; there is nothing to cancel.
§ 7 Goodwill
Regardless of your statutory rights: if CamperProof Premium isn’t right for you, write to us at cp@daniels-digital-solutions.biz — we’ll find a fair solution.
